Posted March 11, 2013 (edited) That glitch takes hours not "an hour", so my recommendation is do it, go to bed and when you awaken, check the effects. This particular method (as far as i know) only works on the NTSC V1 San Andreas and on the PS2 console. Edited May 18, 2013 by GTASAddict.

End of the Line is the final story mission in San Andreas. You will start this mission from "Sweet" in Grove Street but you must first have at least 35% of gang territory under your control. You can check this in the Stats menu under Gangs > Territory under control. Sweet will then give you a call on your mobile when you can start the mission.

Gang territory. but it is in the very top left hand corner of the map near the boating school (as said before) Just go there. If you can't find any gang members there, just go in the boat school mission, then exit and look again.
