Dr Krieg Dec 24, 2014 @ 8:15pm. There have been/are cross-platform games but sadly this isn't one of them. Also co-op isn't competitive so mouse vs controller wouldn't really be a problem. It's likely that we'll see more cross-play between Play Station and PC in the future as they have at least allowed it this generation as well as the last.
