If adding your Google ™ account, skip to step 10. If presented with the Tablet Activation screen, tap 'Next' or 'Activate Now' (if available). If prompted, enter the account PIN then follow the onscreen prompts (see Account PIN FAQs for additional info). If activating a new tablet on an existing phone number, ensure the old device is powered off.

Hold down the power button. Wait for the power off and restart to appear on the screen. You should see a restart in safe mode. Restart and if everything is ok do a regular restart I didn't forget my pattern but it wouldn't work.
